We do not wait for structures to be complete before ordering furniture. The Bali imports must be ordered by August 2026 to arrive at Mangalore/Karwar port by March 2027 — perfectly timed for the interior fit-out phase.
The June–August monsoon on the Karavali coast is intense. Our Phase 2 plan uses this period productively for internal concealed MEP works and pool shell construction, maintaining full labour utilisation.
All Coastal Regulation Zone clearances are fully in order before structures exceed the first floor, ensuring zero administrative delays in the final phases when momentum is most critical.
Every cottage at Tarang is designed to be fully Vastu compliant — governing entry orientation, spatial proportion, light, and energy flow. What appears to be two distinct worlds — Balinese architecture and Vastu Shastra — share the same ancient foundation.
